Is RevOS Slack Bot secure?
Yes. RevOS application is running on Amazon Web Services infrastructure compliant with including PCI-DSS, HIPAA/HITECH, FedRAMP, GDPR, FIPS 140-2, and NIST 800-171 certifications. Our app is designed and implemented according to the privacy and security best practices.
Is it GDPR compliant?
Yes. We only work with data that is available in your CRM & Calendar, therefore, assuming existing relationships or legitimate interest. Our servers are located in Frankfurt, Germany, and are protected by one of the strictest data protection regulations in the world.
Will you store customer data from my HubSpot instance?
No. We do not store or copy data from your CRM or Calendars. All suggestions and notifications by our Slack Bot are transient and RevOS works as a middleware passing data around without storing it.
System we use is not yet integrated, what can I do?
We are constantly improving existing connectivity and adding new sources of revenue signals. Our modular architecture allows us to add a new integration in a few weeks, just reach out to us with a suggestion on the new system and we'll see what we can do.
